  • 1 cup fresh cranberries quartered
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup of white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 3 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup butter room temperature


  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a large bowl, put butter and sugar together. Mix one egg at a time, then in vanilla.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon powder and salt.
  4. Add flour mixture to the butter/sugar mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Stir in oats, cranberries, pecans and white chocolate chips.
  6. Drop a tablespoon of dough onto the uncooked cookie pieces, and leave two files for each cookie
    inches of space between each mound of dough.
  7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the biscuit begins to turn yellow at the edges. Cool on a cooling rack.
